Presidency Says Nigerians Should Beware Of Fake News Claiming Buhari Is 80+, Not 74




Presidency has warned Nigerians to beware of fake news circulating about President buhari’s health status and age.

President Muhammadu Buhari, who is in the United Kingdom, recently wrote to the Senate demanding for an indefinite extension of his 10-day vacation which started on January 19 due to medical issues which wasn’t revealed in the letter.

There have been several speculations about the health status of President Buhari and his continuous stay in London.

Sahara Reporters, on Sunday, February 25, reported that unnamed sources said President Buhari’s is suffering from severe stomach infection and prostate ailments and his treatments had been compounded by his age, which his UK doctors allegedly believe to be more than 80 rather than his official “age” of 74 years old.

There have been several speculations about the health status of President Buhari and his continuous stay in London.
