Senator Andy Uba Officially Dumps PDP and Defects to APC

Finally, a former senator elected under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party has left the party for the ruling All Progressives Congress.

Senator Andy Uba has officially decamped from the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), to the All Progressive Congress (APC). The letter updating the Senate on the latest situation was read on the floor of the house.

 

 

Emmanuel Nnamdi Uba, or Andy Uba, is a Nigerian politician who was elected Senator for the Anambra South constituency of Anambra State, Nigeria, in April 2011. He won the election under the platform of the People’s Democratic Party.
