Cleaner Dies On The Spot After Being Hit By A Speeding Driver In Uganda (Photos)

A motorist this morning swept a cleaner along Kira road in Kampala, Uganda. The cleaner died on spot and the driver was apprehended by on lookers as he attempted to flee.
