Father Of 7 Takes Own Life In Bayelsa Over Family Pressure (Photo)




A Nigerian man on Thursday, March 30, killed himself in Bayelsa state.

A man known as Gbemibite Kitchen has taken his life in Bayelsa state

The man who was identified as ‘Gbembite Kitchen’ a native of Ekeremor local government area of Bayelsa state killed himself very early this morning.

A Facebook user Michael Odiegwu Onyedikachi who made a post on the tragedy said the incident occurred on Vanguard street off Imgbi road in Yenogoa.

“He killed himself leaving behind his six children and his wife,” Onyedikachi said.

He also noted that no note was left by the man.

Onyedikachi said: “But it was gathered he died out of frustration arising from family pressure. He simply used his bed sheet to hang himself in a vacant room of an uncompleted building.”

This particular incident happens after another man, a medical doctor identified as Alwell Orji jumped off the Third Mainland bridge into the Lagos Lagoon.
