Massive Protest Against the Nigerian Senate Gathers Momentum in Minna (Photos)




Some residents of Minna, Niger State have openly called for a check on the Nigerian Senate of the 8th Assembly following grave allegations of abuse of office against the Senate President.

Two major groups of the ruling All Progressives Congress in Niger State have called for the removal of Senate President, Bukola Saraki over allegations of corruption.
 
Members of the groups namely All Progressives Congress Solidarity Movement Niger State and the All Progressives Congress Canvassers Movement Niger State Chapter advocated against the menace of corruption in the National Assembly with accusing fingers pointed at the former governor of Kwara State.
 
The protesting locals paraded the streets with placards advocating for the intensification of the war against graft before Nigeria is brought to her knees.
